A substitui\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu ap\u00f3s Altenhofen completar seus dois anos de fun\u00e7\u00e3o. Stefan \u00e9 natural de Santa Rosa, mas veio da cidade de Bel\u00e9m (PA). O tenente tamb\u00e9m permanecer\u00e1 no cargo durante dois anos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stefan destacou a principal atividade desenvolvida pela 9\u00aa Delegacia Militar e pela 29\u00aa Junta Militar. &#8220;O principal servi\u00e7o prestado por n\u00f3s \u00e9 o alistamento militar.
